Veritas Vans Starlink Mini Mount Review: No-Drill Internet on Our Truck Camper Roof
This is the mount we actually run. It put a Starlink Mini on our camper roof with zero holes drilled, moves to a tripod or a window when we want it somewhere else, and it has survived every trip we have thrown at it.

Internet is the thing that lets us stay out longer. Christian works from the camper, we upload videos from mountaintops, and none of that happens without a Starlink Mini that is mounted somewhere sensible. This is the mount that solved it for us.
What it is
The Veritas Vans mount holds a Starlink Mini with magnetic feet that grab adhesive metal discs, which means it works on a roof that has no steel in it at all, like our Soaring Eagle Aerie 8. No holes, no sealant, no praying over a drill bit above the bed you sleep in.
The install
Ours went on the camper roof right next to the solar panels. The whole job is placing discs, letting them set, and dropping the mount on. The one thing to get right is planning the disc layout before anything touches the roof, because the adhesive means business. Get the placement right the first time and the rest is easy. How we actually use it
Most days the Mini lives on the roof. When we park in trees, the same dish moves to the tripod and chases the clear sky. We ran it at Schweitzer Mountain for a full working day off the battery combo, no hookups anywhere in sight, and Christian took video calls from the top of a ski resort.
The honest math
A Starlink Mini without a good mount is a frisbee you balance on things. This mount turned ours into a fixture of the rig. If your roof is metal you can skip the discs, but on a camper like ours the disc pack is part of the deal, so factor it in.
